Max’s wonderful crémant makes its annual return. Extra dry and pleasingly fresh, with lemon, green apple, and peach, but with some nice brioche richness from two years aging on lees. Perfect for Christmas (or any time of year!)

Maxime Woerly’s family have deep roots in the historic Alsatian village of Dambach-la-Ville, farming here since 1557. After the Second World War, Maxime's grandfather decided to stop selling their harvest to local wine merchants and the first family bottling dates to 1947.

The vineyard is certified organic and Maxime continues to experiment with biodynamics and zero-input agriculture and winemaking.
