Cold climate Pinot Noir (known as Spätburgunder in Germany) aged in big old oak. Light strawberry, blueberry, sour cherry, and rhubarb, with a stony minerality too. Light bodied and fairly low alcohol at 11%. There’s a lot of pleasure here. Great with lighter meats, goats cheese, roasted vegetables.
