It never ceases to amaze us how Mataburro continue to produce such freshness in the heat of the Roussillon. The 2023 Otium is no exception. Such purity of fruit, clean, and ethereal old vine Grenache with a little bit of Macabeu, Grenache Gris, and Carignan. Linear, mineral, dynamic, and complex. Don’t have it too cold.

2023 was great vintage for Laurent and Melissa. Get them while you can.
