As we move into Tier 2 from Saturday: we thought it was a good time to remind you how we've been operating here at 161; and how we'll continue to operate moving forwards through this (assuming any future restrictions allow).
We remain a takeaway only business, with some delivery options detailed below, and C19-safe collections from our doorway, 1 guest at a time.

We're here to make sure you can keep yourselves in a ready supply of organic, natural wines at a moments notice. We're receiving new wines directly from small growers every week, it's always a thrill to share them with you. Here's how.

The 161 Milkround
Free, same-day, covid-safe delivery of our natural wines to all of South East London, Beckenham & select SW postcodes (SW2, SW3, SW4, SW9, SW11, SW12, SW16, SW17 Tues+Thurs). Carbon-neutral deliveries via bike & our electric van on a Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Order before 10am on a delivery round for same-day delivery. No minimum order!

Nationwide/Rest of London
If you're outside the rest of our Milkround catchment area, we'll deliver via APC to you. Order before 12pm, we'll get the wine to you next working day. We charge a flat £10 delivery fee for orders under 12 bottles. 

We've put together a case of every-day essentials for anyone facing the possibility of stricter local lockdowns this week:£90 for 6 wines: 1 pet-nat, 2 whites, 3 autumnal reds. Every day drinking taken care of, re-ups available as often as you need (link in bio)

Click & Collect / Bottleshop:
From 2pm Tuesday to Saturday you can call by the shop to have a chat over the counter to help make your selections, or order in advance for speedy collection. No minimum order!

Our evening meal deal available on a Friday & Saturday. 2 mains, 2 desserts & a bottle of white or red for £40. Or if you're shielding solo, 1 main, 1 dessert & a bottle for £27. Collection only, from 6pm.

The 161 Lunchbox
On Thursdays & Fridays you can treat yourself to a proper break if you're stuck working from home, order your £9 lunchbox in advance, before wandering down to collect between 12:30-2pm. Often a mixed grain salad, roast veggie, olives, nuts, house pickles, house hummus and a slice of cake! Collection only.

Ben's Noodlebar
Noodles & bone broth on a Thursday night? Collection only, no advance orders; first in (the doorway) best dressed. Don't miss out, because Ben's Noodlebar might pivot at any point to Ben's Tacobar, Ben's Wienerbar, Ben's Schnitzelbar: the list is reassuringly endless.
