We’re honoured to host one of our favourite chefs for an evening at 161. Introducing Callum Higgins!

As part of the remarkable team at the formidable Stockport restaurant: Where The Light Gets In and his collaborative pop-up Gongroom, Callum has been responsible for some of the most memorable dishes we’ve had the fortune of trying.

Callum will be joining us on a Monday evening next month to cook a carefully considered five course set menu showcasing his love of British produce, lifted and emboldened by fermentation and cooking techniques from further afield.

Having learnt to become hands-on with growing food at WTLGI’s own rooftop garden, The Landing, seasonal veg will play a starring role. Cal is also enamoured with the British coastline and it's attendant spoils, and we'll be treated to ingredients caught, farmed and foraged along its shores.

An evening truly not to be missed, tickets are available now at £50 per person.
