Nov 13th: Daisy Bennett Sunday Lunch

We’re really looking forward to our next supper club, this time with another of South London’s finest: introducing Daisy Bennet!

Daisy developed her craft at the 161-favourite Honey & Co (anyone remember our stained, battered copy of their book on the bar back in the day?) before heading up the kitchen with the all-day dining masters at Larry’s Peckham, and now overseeing all things flavour-forward at Camberwell’s most welcome addition: Gladwells’s.

Daisy will be taking over the kitchen at 161 to cook a family-style Sunday Lunch to brighten a late-Autumn afternoon. A meandering walk through Sydenham Hill Wood to build appetite is optional, but encouraged.

You can expect big, bold flavours, comforting, casual dining elevated to its very finest form. We can think of few other ways we’d like to spend a Sunday!
