The Seaside Comes to SE26

We are very excited to be joined by our friend Kate from acclaimed seafood cafe Hantverk&Found in Margate. Kate will be serving up small plates focused on what the boats have to offer. After cooking for many years in East London at places such as L’eau a La Bouche Kate ran away to the seaside and opened her own cosy place. The "bijou" size of 161’s kitchen will be no shock to Kate, who is used to an even more compact cooking area.

Kate prepares food inspired by her extensive travels. She will be hot-footing it from collaborating with a restaurant in Cairo and next February, is off to train with a Sushi master in Japan.
